In line with its vision statement to be among the best Rural and Community Banks (RCBs) in Ghana, it has striven to win the Best Regional Rural Bank - 2017 (Volta Region).

The Bank won the coveted award at the RCBs Excellence Awards - 2017, held by the Association of Rural Banks-Ghana in Bolgatanga, on 24th November, 2018. The Bank also won the 2nd runner up position for Most Profitable Bank - 2017 at the same event.
