DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Loan appraisal (Salary, Pension Susu, Commercial, Agric, Group etc).
2. Loan booking and disbursement.
3. Loan recovery and monitoring.
4. Report preparation (Monthly Susu report, BOG collateral report, Quarterly classification etc. 
5. Call report.
6. Prospecting for new loan customers.
7. Responsible directly for susu and group operations.
8. Marketing of the Banks products and services.
9. Any other duties to be assigned.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

1. A minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting / Finance OR its equivalent
2. Good Communication Skills
3. Good Analytical skills
4. Some experience in similar field will be an added advantage
5. Not more than 35 years
